Our multi-functional wire resistance butt welder is specifically designed for welding metal wires.Its core principle is to use low voltage and high current to heat the metal contact surface via resistance heating until it reaches a plastic state, then quickly apply upsetting pressure to complete the weld. It offers high efficiency a small heat-affected zone and excellent weld quality. It can weld metal wires, small bars and tubes of various materials, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The Wire Butt Welder comes standard with a tempering function and a four-wheel trolley. A built-in scale allows for precise adjustment of the upsetting force and welding parameters for different workpiece sizes. The open clamps operate via a lever mechanism and a grinding motor can be optionally added to smooth the weld seam.
